Pebble Beach 1

This Pebble Beach home had been extensively remodeled over the years however the kitchen and living room had been untouched and remained original to the home. Low ceilings and an old stone fireplace in the middle of the room created two unusable and cramped-feeling spaces.

In 2016 we were hired to remodel this portion of the house. In order to open up the home the fireplace was removed and rebuilt along the exterior wall. The existing ceilings were removed and a new vaulted ceiling was created which almost doubled the height of the space. The result was a large and light-filled great room.

The existing kitchen was completely renovated with new custom cabinetry, appliances, and soapstone countertops. A new center island was also added to create the perfect space for entertaining.
